It offers a full-sized, round watch case with slightly raised bezel and a supple, genuine leather strap in black. It also features water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet), 10-year battery life, and date display at 3 o'clock. With the Quick Date function, you can set the date on the watch without turning the crown for every 24-hour period. Just pull the stem halfway out, and turn until desired date is reached. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

This is probably one of the most accurate and best looking Timex watch of all time.The price is right even at retail.I have put my through the toughest of conditions,swimming in the ocean,jack hammering,heavy impact wrench use,you just cannot hurt this watch,It looks great with a suit or with jeans.This watch has a very expensive appearance especially if you put a good band on it when the original wears out.

I love this watch! It's very attractive and Easy to Read 'er! I had an Easy Reader years ago, without the date. It's still in a drawer at home looking used, but it still worked after years of use. So, I am confident this new one will last me for years, also. To the lady who doesn't like the date setting, read the directions. It only takes a few seconds to change the date. If it won't work the way the instructions claim, send it back and get one that does because you'll be needing to change the date a few times out of the year. I paid $28 on amazon for mine with free super saver shipping which only took five days. I highly recommend this watch and I highly recommend shopping on amazon.com. No, I am not an employee!! ;)

My husband wanted a watch that he could wear when he wasn't wearing his "good" watch. This was the perfect choice...it's nice looking and has the large numbers, date and lighted face that he wanted.For the price...it can't be beat, and Martha Stewart recommended it!
